for industrial plants
Fine-crystalline magnesium oxide is chemically active, reacts slowly with water, absorbs carbon dioxide, and dissolves in acids. Calcined magnesium oxide loses its chemical activity.

Magnesium oxide is widely used in the following activities and for the manufacture of the following products:
· Rubber products
· Plastics, polymers, and rubbers
· Leather products
· Drilling fluids
· Transformer steel
· Heat-resistant coatings and adhesives
· Special glasses and ceramics
· Refractory materials
· Dry mortars
· Medicines
· Purification of gases and oil products
· Disposal of radioactive waste

Magnesium oxide industrial
Is used as a flame retardant and smoke suppressor in the production of thermoplastic polymers (polyolefins, PVC).
It has fire-retardant and smoke-suppression properties and is used for manufacturing plastics, rubber, paint, and coatings.

Magnesium hydroxide flame retardant is a white, dry, crystalline powder. The product is absolutely safe and does not create additional packaging requirements; it is non-toxic to humans.

Magnesium hydroxide

Main areas of use:

Construction, including:
  • manufacture of construction materials (calcium aluminate cements, calcium silicate bricks, gypsum, dry mixes for interior finishing, binders for concrete)
  • masonry

Manufacture of inexpensive waterproof flame-resistant materials by thermal processing.

Chemical industry, including:
  • obtaining derivatives of calcium, calcium stearate, bleach, soda, calcium hydroxide, carbide;
  • manufacture of ebonite;
  • as a catalyst in organic syntheses.

Calcium oxide

Calcium carbonate provides numerous advantages over other fillers, such as kaolin, silicates, and silicas, thanks to its whiteness and lower water absorption.

Microcalcite is used in the production of dry mortars, including:

• dry multicomponent plasters,
• spackling pastes,
• grouts,
• decorative mortars,
• white and colored mortars.

Microcalcite in the cement industry
Calcium carbonate is used in the manufacture of clinker. Clinker is the product of the sintering of an artificial mix consisting of approximately 75% calcium carbonate and 25% clay. A cement mix for the manufacture of Portland cement clinker is also known and consists of lime, silica, and iron components. The aragonite mineral or its combination with calcite is used as a lime ingredient: both of these minerals are calcium carbonates, differing only in the symmetry of the crystal lattice. Such a combination makes it possible to accelerate decarbonatization and solid-phase reactions with the rest of the ingredients.

Calcium carbonate

Main areas of use:
an additive to cement mixtures that improves the quality of concrete and significantly reduces the temperature limit for its solidification.
a natural pigment in the manufacture of dyes and ceramics.
a filler in rubber compounds and is used for the manufacture of heat-insulating materials.
an essential component in the manufacture of glass, cement, and bricks.

Magnesium carbonate

This standard is valid for magnesium oxide (technical grade) intended for use in industrial rubber, tire, electrotechnical, chemical, and other industries.
Magnesium oxide technical
This standard is valid for magnesium oxide in the form of a white powder, which is almost insoluble in water and well soluble in acids. In the open air, the product gradually absorbs carbon dioxide and moisture. The specification provided by this standard corresponds to a product of extra quality.

AntiCake
The powder is used as an anti-caking agent and a source of magnesium for granular ammonium nitrate and multinutrient fertilizers. It reduces caking properties, improves particle size distribution, and increases the strength of granules.
A fine white powder produced from selectively extracted natural magnesium hydroxide (ground brucite) by milling and classification.
The powder is used to prepare an aqueous suspension, which serves as an alkaline agent during the bleaching of cellulose. The product exhibits protective effects on cellulose.

BleaCell: magnesium hydroxide powder for bleaching of cellulose
The product is used as a filter media for neutralizing acidic wastewaters, adjusting the pH level during water treatment, precipitating heavy metals, and reducing chemical oxygen demand and phosphate levels.
A granular material produced from selectively extracted natural magnesium hydroxide (ground brucite) by milling and classification.
BioProt: crushed magnesium hydroxide for environmental protection

The product is used in steelmaking, sintering, and blast furnace productions.
MetFlux high-performance magnesium flux for metallurgy is a lumpy (not briquetted) unfired fireproof material. It is produced from a natural brucite mineral by selective mining followed by X-ray radiometric separation (chemical composition) and separation by fractional composition.
MetFlux: magnesium flux for metallurgy
The powder is used to prepare an aqueous suspension for neutralizing acidic wastewaters, adjusting the pH level during water treatment, precipitating heavy metals, reducing chemical oxygen demand, treating milk whey, reducing unpleasant odor and corrosion in sewage systems, and desulfurizing flue gas at power plants and ship scrubbers.
